We realize that not only is correct product selection important but also so is on going preventative maintenance schedules and emergency service - especially with imporntant products like Computer room air conditioning units. This is why we have taken the step to become Factory Authorized Service for all the products we sell, such as Computer room air conditioning providing yet another key component to assure that your equipment performs when called upon. No matter which manufacturer equipment your company has, EES has the knowledge to provide top quality preventative/emergency service. We do not rely on any third party sources; all service contracts are maintained and executed by EES.
Also an important consideration when choosing a maintenance partner is that our field service engineer is experienced in all areas of critical facilities, from UPS Systems to Computer room air conditioning, to Fire Suppression Systems. The advantage to this is a deep understanding of how each piece of equipment is interconnected for the purpose of limiting downtime due to inadvertent equipment operation.
